About me

Phoebe's ethos centres on fostering empathy, amplifying underrepresented voices, and leading systems change through inclusive leadership for a fairer world.


As a young woman from regional Australia and a passionate advocate for the inclusion of young women with in international decision-making, Phoebe is known for her warm demeanour, keen intellect, and eloquent communication style. Phoebe believes in the power of collective effort and teamwork, advocating for organisations and governments to meaningfully include intersectional voices and young people in the journey to drive meaningful change at every level of society.

In 2023, she was the youngest member of the Youthwise International Public Policy Advisory board at the OECD, representing the voices of 4.7 million young Australians in global decision-making. She is a Board Director at Voices of Influence Australia and 1 of 17 young feminist leaders selected to sit on the Global Youth Committee at the Global Institute for Women’s Leadership (GIWL) chaired by The Hon. Julia Gillard.

At 19, she was selected as the inaugural Young Trade Leader at the World Trade Organisation, representing young people in the Asia-Pacific and advocating for human rights and gender equality in trade governance.

Phoebe is also the CEO and Founder of Inspire Tomorrow Education - a youth-led not-for-profit enterprise providing free online tutoring and developing Australia’s first AI-powered scholarship database for students experiencing disadvantage across Australia to help them access tertiary education. In this role, she leads a team of 110+ volunteers across 6+ major Universities, helping 40+ students on their journey to University. She is an Asia-Pacific Member of the Humanitarian Affairs Working Group at the UN MGCY, working with 19 constituencies to develop & implement a Regional Action Plan impacting over 1m+ young people across the Pacific Region.

She has been invited to represent Australia in numerous high-level dialogues - such as CYGEN, the Harvard College Project on Asian and International Relations, the World Bank Youth Summit and the Australia-China Youth Association Emerging Leaders Forum. As a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, Phoebe works with other young professionals to execute innovative global projects aimed at empowering underrepresented groups.

With a distinguished academic background, Phoebe studies a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Sydney as a Dalyell Scholar with a major in Political Economy. She has been published at the Young Women’s Council of Australia (YWCA), the OECD Forum Network, European Policy Commons and the Atlantic Forum for International Security Policy. In 2024, she has been recognised as the youngest-ever Top 100 Future Leaders by the Australian Financial Review and the youngest Top 25 Young Women To Watch in International Affairs.

As an aspiring international human rights lawyer, Phoebe aims to leverage global legal systems to secure justice for victims of human rights atrocities and hold nations accountable for violations of fundamental freedoms.

My expertise as a communicator has been sought by international bodies, national organisations, not-for-profits and schools. I speak on gender equality, youth political participation, educational equity and diverse youth inclusion.
